Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Nicole, founder of House Guest Collective.

As a vacation rental owner myself, I know firsthand how rewarding and how time consuming managing a short-term rental can be. When I first started hosting, I spent countless hours responding to guest messages, coordinating cleanings, managing pricing, scheduling maintenance, and making sure every guest had an exceptional experience. As a stay at home mom, those responsibilities often filled my already busy days.

Over time, I learned how to automate many of those processes without sacrificing the personal touches that make guests feel welcome. Those systems gave me back valuable time while helping my property run more efficiently and provide a better guest experience.

That experience inspired me to create House Guest Collective.

My goal is to help other property owners simplify the day-to-day responsibilities of hosting while maximizing their property’s potential. Whether you need full-service management or help creating efficient systems you can manage yourself, I’d love to share what I’ve learned and help make hosting easier.
